First of all, we went to the Hanover Showroom after making sure they had the scooters we wanted on site. Lisa was wonderful. She spent a lot of time with us and allowed us to try everything we wanted before purchasing. We drove a short distance outside to the truck and practiced loading it. Between the 2 of us, we were able to see that we will be able to get our scooters in the back just fine and that we will have no problem operating them. Today, Quan delivered our scooters to us. He gave us a wonderful orientation, and guided us through getting the scooters in their allotted places in our garage. He was knowledgeable, courteous and very likeable. All in all, this is one of the best purchase experiences we have ever had. Highly recommend!

ALICE is a STANDOUT associate who turned my would-be 1 star review into this 5 star review. We had major issues with a scooter we rented and when we called expecting them to be defensive and unreasonable, we received the opposite. All the employees we spoke with were compassionate, took responsibility, and even offered to bring a new scooter to us. Exceptional customer service is almost unheard of these days but Freedom Mobility provided it to us from start to finish. Thank you also to Laurie who helped us and returned our call so quickly. Whether we rent or buy a scooter in the future, we plan to do it at Freedom Mobility because they stand behind their products.
