Dinner Under the Stars: Every Wednesday night in September, Annapolis blocks off the first block of West street in downtown Annapolis for cafes and restaurants to set up outdoor tables and and a string of lights overhead to create an ambience similar to the that of outdoor cafes in Italy, Spain, and France. Live music and art exhibits are also a part of this magical dining experience.
