Customer Testimonials

The Freedom Mobility

I can't thank Kelly and her staff enough for how helpful and caring they have been during my mother's recovery. It is obvious that they have the client's best interests in mind. I highly recommend this company!

As a Maryland mobility equipment provider, Freedom Mobility is invested in more than just offering quality and affordable products to our customers; We’re committed to helping enable anyone that is facing physical challenges to feel empowered, independent, comfortable, and secure in their mobility – and in their own lives.

Take a look at what some of our customers have to say about us:

"We installed a stair lift for my mother at our home. The team at Freedom Mobility answered all our questions and the installation was easy and very professional. I had confidence in the company from the time they came to give us an estimate until the product was installed. Highly recommended!"

Kathy Rogers

"Well run and extremely helpful business. Their hearts and heads are in the right place in working with families/clients. Very highly recommend!"

Michele Brannock

"I contacted a number of companies to help me with needs for taking care of a sick relative. Freedom Mobility was by far the most helpful. They took the time to talk about the patient's needs and to review possible choices. They went out of their way to expedite the arrival of the equipment ordered and kept me informed on a daily basis of the status of the order. Delivery and set up was a breeze and they carefully explained how to operate the equipment. Their communication and service gave great comfort during a difficult time."

"What a pleasure to deal with Freedom Mobility today regarding my faulty equipment from Medicare. The company that provided the wheelchair when I was leaving rehab doesn't answer phone calls, email, and has 1 star reviews. It may no longer be in business.

The day after my initial call to Kat regarding possible repair, Ty Butler came out to assess the situation. He was personable and informative. My wheelchair was a poor brand, the wrong size for me, and the alignment was going to continue to pop out and require home visits. Why pay for repeated repairs? Ty presented me with information regarding rental possibilities. I contacted Kat and I decided against weekly or monthly rentals. I purchased a better brand in the correct size.

Kat handled all of this with efficiency, understanding that any one with disabilities requires some immediacy to resolve their difficulties. One was available for delivery! What a pleasure to find a company that values its customers. Today customer service is lacking in so many companies, but this company excelled in every way possible!

Ty was just delightful and so helpful, and Kat’s birthday bow really clinched the wonderful customer service provided today! This Drive is a much nicer quality chair! Certainly an improvement over my Medicare- sturdy, comfortable, supportive, even goes through the doorways better, getting over the small hurdle between carpet and tile.

They both made me feel like "Queen for a day." I don't get much spoiling; I'm usually the one doing for everyone else.

Thank you so much for everything!"

"A friend of ours who had done care giving for my mom for a few years came over to see us today, and I was showing her how mom made use of the Spryte. Here was one of the things she mentioned, that I think I might have told you once, but maybe I didn't, and it really is important -- here it is in my friend Leslie Kudner's words:

"The sit-to-stand is truly liberating for both of you...Mostly, I liked your point that you and your family could now communicate with Pat at eye level, subconsciously such a very big thing for both Pat and the family."

With thanks for the work that you and your family do to make it possible for people to help their family live with them"

"First of all, Kelly Cureton came to our house and evaluated our house for my husband to come home. I had the sense that she was there to help me, that she cared about the fact that my husband had two broken shoulders and brain and lung cancer, and that she wanted our house to be safe for him.

Her suggestions all made sense. She was not in any way trying to get us to buy things that we did not need. Also, we were welcome to buy any of the items on our own. After Kelly left, my daughter and I figured out what we could do on our own and what we needed an expert to do. We ordered a bench for the bathtub, and the installation of 4 railings in the wall beside the stairs. We bought and installed hand rails in the bathroom on our own.

We chose a color for the hand railings and the stain on the railings is beautiful. The man who installed the railings and put together the bench for the bathroom did an excellent job. He worked quietly and did a good job.

It is my pleasure to recommend freedom mobility to anyone in need of modifications to their house due to the illness of a loved one."
