What Types of Locations Do You Deliver To and Pick-Up From?

We can deliver to and pick-up from a variety of locations including residential and public. We can also deliver and pick-up from cruises, airports, and hotels. The only requirement is the pick-up location is within 50 miles from our location—if you are further out please give us a call and we can discuss further.

What Should I Expect to Spend on Delivery or Pick-Up?

As long as the place we are going to is within thirty miles of our location in Hanover, then the fee will be $30. If your location is more than thirty miles away, but within fifty miles, then the fee will be $50. This is the transportation fee that helps us cover gas, time, and wear and tear on our vehicles.

Once Ordered, When Should We Expect the Item to Be Delivered?

After you have placed your order, you’ll need to set up a delivery time. You should go ahead and schedule this as soon as you can. When we set up the appointment for delivery, we will give you a two hour window of time that we may arrive. Sometimes we can deliver an item at a specific time, but we ask you be patient with us. In the event that we cannot make our appointment with you, we will call or email with an alternative time. Additionally, if we know we will be late, we will notify you with an updated estimated time of arrival. We do not do any type of delivery, pick-up, or repair during the weekends.

Does Someone Need to Be Present for the Delivery or Pick-Up?

If we are coming to a residential address, then we will need someone to let us into the house. However, if the item is being delivered or picked-up from a public place, then your presence is not necessary, though preferred.
