In-Store Diagnostic Consultation
When you’re experiencing issues with your mobility equipment, we’re here to help. It’s best to make an appointment with a technician prior to bringing in equipment. Over the phone, it’s very possible the tech can diagnose for FREE what might be wrong or what parts might be needed. Therefore, he can be better prepared to make the correct repairs at the time the equipment is brought in for a small labor charge. Which will save you time and money. Here is some more information on our diagnostic consultations:
- $95.00 charge for a diagnostic consultation.
- Please call ahead to see if we service your brand of medical equipment.
- Expect to leave your equipment as the equipment might need extra time to run tests for a full evaluation. This especially applies to powered mobility equipment.
- An estimate on parts and extra labor charges will be provided to customers to sign off on before any repairs are made or parts are ordered.
In-Home Repair Services
Whether you reside in an assisted living home or aging in place, we are happy to come out to you to service your mobility equipment. If you are unable to bring the equipment into the showroom we are more than happy to set up an appointment for repair or service to your medical equipment. Some equipment might need to be taken back to the showroom for extensive repairs.
