Full-Time Inside Sales Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, caring, and hard working individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant.  You will be required to learn and retain a vast amount of product knowledge as you will be assisting customers in determining the best solutions for their needs. This position will be consulting both in the interactive showroom and over the phone. Importance is placed on creating and maintaining an excellent customer experience with clear, informative and detailed correspondence with clients, caregivers, referrals and coworkers.

Role Responsibilities

Sales

  • Follow up correspondence with customers and referrals.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive database of all referral sources in provided CRM software.
  • Monitor the Sales progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
  • Meet monthly sales goals as provided by management.
  • Answer phones and help customers in the showroom.

Customer Service

  • Routinely follow up with clients to ensure close of sale.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
  • Makes sure that sales orders are delivered in a timely fashion and according to the desires of customers.
  • follow up with the client after every delivery to insure client satisfaction.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

Sales Operations

  • Create timely estimates and communicate recommendations clearly with all involved parties.
  • Collect payment from client.
  • Create orders.
  • Communicate order needs with management.
  • Makes presentations to management which explain how to meet sales goals and talk about any new innovative ideas that management may have.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge through: Manufacture Rep in-services, product literature, Manufacture Websites, Webinars, YouTube videos, training classes.
